. Our room required walking up (& down)three long flights of old stairs-some appeared like they were about the break. I recently had knee surgery; the lack of elevator wasn’t specified until after I booked. When I notified a staff member that I can’t climb these stairs she said nothing could be done.
Several lights in the room were broken, towels/toilet paper were scarce and the room was only cleaned once per week which meant wet towels remained on the floor. Price was high; we sure didn’t get what we paid for!
Stay away! Plenty of better and lower priced options are available.

. I had no idea that this building did not have an elevator so we stayed on the 3rd fl but this was a HIGH 3rd fl and became a challenge to walk up and down so many stairs.
Also, it was hard to regulate the heat. It was always cold in the mornings and the heat would not increase.
The overall room was nice and nicely decorated.
