. The rooms are cozy while being a good size for Paris and the beds very comfortable. I also loved my little balcony. The staff was very helpful and polite. They offer a breakfast buffet but no in-room dining. They did accomodate me by bringing breakfast to my room on request but I got the feeling this was not a typical thing for them. The hotel is well located within walking distance of many dining options, shopping and Line 9 metro. Will definitely stay again.. .

Disappointing . Really disappointing and certainly not a 5 star hotel. Staff weren’t very friendly and did not tell us that the sauna was out of service. Simple basics you’d expect from a hotel weren’t present such as fridge in the room, full length mirror. There was dust and cobwebs in the room and the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable - there was a ditch in the middle of the bed where two singles were joined together. The jacuzzi spa was lovely, but does have to be booked in advance. Expected more from a hotel of this price point and have stayed at much nicer hotels in Paris for less. . .

. Dor our trip tp pris the hotel locatin was very good just round the corner form Grand Boulveard Metro station also central enough to walk to the river and many of the man attractions.. .

. The cleanest and friendliest hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff went out of their way to cater to my every need. They went over and above to see that I had the most comfortable stay possible. Many things like practising saying my complicated surname to make sure they pronounced it correctly and surprising me with a bottle of wine in my room for my birthday. The best hotel I’ve stayed in abroad and I will be staying again on my return to Paris. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds and pillows. Fantastic. . .
