Buon hotel in semi centro ad Ankara. Hotel pulito dallo stile classico. La dimensione della stanza standard era buona con la presenza di un balcone.
Le stanze sono opportunamente insonorizzate.
Presenza di un garage auto per chi soggiorna.. La colazione a buffet ha un prezzo di 600 TL ma a mio avviso non offre una grande scelta. Si potrebbe migliorare.
Il Wi-Fi funziona anche se a volte potrebbe capitare che vada leggermente lento.

. The hotel has a great location (walking distance to Anaktabir and the modern centre) and a beautiful interior, spacey and very nice rooms with a small balcony and a pleasant view. The rooms are well isolated against noise and have VERY comfortable beds. The staff was really helpful and friendly. There is even valet service at the hotel. There is a great choice of various delicious things to eat during the breakfast. We also used the wellness centre - also great with plenty of options, although Hamam was not warm or steamy, but the salt room and the saunas were great. We did not try the swimming pool but it looked great, pleasant ambience. Also the staff in the wellness area was very friendly.. We arrived in the afternoon after the check-in time. We were told the room is not ready yet and we have to wait for maybe 10 more minutes, then once again the information was maybe further 10minutes delay. In the end it was more than an hour that we stayed in the lobby. We received an apology, but could have spent the time in a better way if we got a realistic estimation straight ahead

. The hotel was absolutely fantastic!
Everything was perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully prepared. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!.

Profesionalidad. Las instalaciines, la limpieza. El persinal de recepción y dirección. Es la cuarta vez que voy a este hotel y no ha habido ninguna atención como cliente repetidor, personal frío y poco empático. No crean ningún lazo de amistad. Poco profesionales y lo dice alguien que trabajó 30 años como recepcionista de hotel y que habla 6 idiomas.
