. Very convenient location. Clean room, nice staff, washing machine was great to have on a hot summer day, and small kitchen a plus for eating in with food bought from French bakeries. Downside was night clubs in front of the hotel made the street very noisy with occasional screaming from the street during evening to early morning. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, this may not be for you. Elevator was broken when we visited and had to carry our suitcase 5 stairs down. . .

. Hotel sans âme aucun contact avec le personnel. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement vu le prix élevé. On pourrai trouver mieux dans la mêmes zone. .

. 初めてのパリで、いろいろ探して、こちらのホテルにしました。 ホテル自体はとてもおしゃれで可愛らしいのですが、フロントがないので、いろいろ不便でした。 すぐに何か確認したくてもできないし、チェックイン前に荷物を預けるにも、ホテル内のロッカーに限りがあるのと、あまり大きなキャリーは預けられないので気をつけてください。 夜中に火災報知器が鳴って、メールで訓練ではないと来ていましたが、実際は問題なかったですが、メールに気づかなかったらと思うと怖かったです。 立地はシャンゼリゼ通りなので、とても移動もしやすくてよかったです。 室内も綺麗だったので、問題はなかったですが、もう少し広い部屋がよかったです。 . .

. This was an oasis amid the busy Paris! We were a metro ride or easy walking to many sites! Washing facilities, all the coffee we could drink and the pleasant staff were a bonus!. .

. You need to let people know of the early construction happening to be fair. It was ridiculously loud and could be heard even through earplugs! Also, the representation through photos on the Expedia website are very misleading. I booked a studio with kitchen after seeing the photos only to discover I got a dark and smelly room in the back not the light filled pretty one with the terrace shown. When I arrived the whole place smelled like sewer coming from the bathroom. The smell was so strong that I have to sleep with my head in the foot position as my face originally was 2’ from the bathroom. After all of this, and asking to me moved… no… no help. When I asked for a 45 min later checkout 11:45 instead of 11… no… no help. If you are going to ask to be paid for this room under these conditions then the least you could do is accommodate the smallest request. As check in isn’t until 3 there is zero reason why you couldn’t have let me stay the extra 45 minutes. Very poor and not very smart customer service .. .

. El hotel está limpio y es cómodo. Es lo que promete, sin sorpresas. La única incomodidad es que abajo está un pub 24 horas y puede generar bullicio la gente bebiendo hasta las 6 am del día siguiente… (el hotel tiene vidrio doble pero a veces no es suficiente). .

Cet établissement s'affiche comme hôtel mais en réalité c'est une résidence avec appartements, style rbnb, il n'y a pas de réception ni personne pour vous accueillir, le ménage n'a pas été fait, même pas une seule fois pendant mon séjour de 4 nuits. Aucune de ces particularités n'a été clairement mentionné avant la réservation en ligne, qui est au même prix voir plus cher que les hôtels qui offrent des services offert par des employés humains qui vous parlent, que je trouve tellement nécessaire quand on ne connaît personne dans une grande ville comme Paris, le personnel de la réception est notre seul repère. On prend connaissance que tout se fait en ligne seulement après avoir réservé, ou comme moi une fois arrivé à l'hôtel Fantôme parce qu'il n'y a personne pour vous ouvrir la porte. Avoir su que c'était une résidence appartement, je n'aurai jamais réservé dans ce genre d'établissement où j'ai eu le sentiment d'être un numéro de chambre c'est tout. . .

La promesse n’est pas tenue. Aucun personnel a aucun moment du séjour : ni Check in ni Check out, ni pendant les petits soucis (blocage de porte, serviette). Ce n’est pas un hôtel et ce n’est pas indiqué au moment de la réservation. Et l’isolation de la chambre est très approximative : les fetards qui passent rue marboeuf pendant la nuit, le personnel du bar situé à côté qui parlent très très fort à 7/8h le matin… Ça fait beaucoup…!!!. .
