Management do not care about you all they want is your money. I booked his hotel on behalf of friends for their wedding present. Our stay would have been on 9.4.2020. Through booking .com. 249 euros for three nights. As I had been looking at many i didn't realise this was a pre pay no change no refund basis.
Not a problem we were all set to go eurostar booked etc. Anyhow the lockdown happened. I wrote several emails to the hotel and they ignored them all. I set up a conflict with booking .com and the management of the hotel said tough basically. Due to booking no change no refunds. Despite the fact they could not legally open they have refused any re booking any credit note I fact they have refused to speak to me. I have tried phoning but they are not interested. I'm not bothered about a refund if they only had the courtesy to offer alternative dates.
Miserly unfair euro pinching management. Customer service no existent. .

ZERO STAR HOTEL!!! TERRIBLE!!!. ZERO STAR HOTEL!!! I travelled with my Husband for our ANNIVERSARY to celebrate and make it magical. I did pre called and emailed the Hotel in advance they ensure we have a nice room. The phone was not working in the room. We reported it to the Reception the Guy did not even bothered to come upstairs to check or do something about it at all the whole time during our stay. 5 days the cleaners never come into the room clean or tidy, myself emptied the bin in the bathroom. WIFI was not working at all. The Television turned into Ghost and every night 2:00AM turned ON with a loud noise automatically. We almost jumped out from bed as it was so scary. We reported it as well to the Reception but the Guy unfortunately did not attend and nothing happened either. The sad part of it, the attitude and mentality for the Receptionist was extremely poor. He did not even put an effort he cares or come and check or apologized or whatsoever. I paid huge amount of money for 5 days stay and also for the facilities. I did not stayed there for charity! I am so upset because the Costumer Service was rubbish and even a Student Accommodation would be look after the Guest especially for a Special event like ours was. To give this 1 star is still not deserved!!!. .
