. Terrible experience with regards to overbooking. Staff attempts to maintain an air of "transparency" and open communication but fails to notify guests about overbooking till the morning of their arrival date? Completely unprofessional and a clear disregard for any bookings made even weeks prior! Relocates guests to a "similar" hotel but considerably worse in actuality and continued to incorrectly identify how many nights of overbooking there actually was. Cannot recommend this location at all.. .

. I'm currently staying in room number three. I would like to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the way my reservations were organized. Today, for the second time, someone tried to open the door to the room I'm staying in. The second time was successful. Two people opened my door while I was sleeping. I already felt unsafe in this place. Now I feel even more unsafe knowing that other people have access to my room. I'm a woman traveling to another country and last night I didn't sleep well because there were a lot of men here drinking alcohol. Now two people opened the door to my room and asked me why I'm in the room!!! I would love to feel safe in this place that I'm paying for, but I really don't! Now I wonder how I'm going to leave the room tomorrow knowing that someone could enter my room at any moment??? I usually don't have a problem with anyone. In fact, earlier today, when they were trying to open the door, I tried to help the person find their room. But I can't keep quiet about this situation anymore! What if someone else opens the door to my room? If I'm not here and my belongings are missing, who will be responsible? What should I do if someone else now has the access code to my room? What if someone else opens my room during the night?. .

Pas de service d'accueil ou de réception sur place. Il n'y a pas du tout de service d'accueil dans cette residence. Apres un long et eprouvant voyage , nous nous sommes retrouvés dehors pendant trois quart d'heure à essayer de joindre le service d'accueil en vain. Nous avons dans un élan de désespoir sollicité les voisins qui nous ont expliqué qu'il n'y a jamais quelqu'un sur place dt qu'ils envoient le code pour accéder aux chambres quelques jours à lavance. Ils nous ont aussi expliqué qu'ils etaient coutumiers des faits, on n'était pas des cas isolés. Bref nous avons rappelés avec un autre numéro que nous a donné le voisin. Pareil.... C'était une grosse déception. Finalement nous l'avons eu par un autre numéro (5ème ou 4éme), et franchement il s'est à peine excusé, il a juste dit qu'il a vu les nombreux appels mais qu'il etait occupé avec un autre client au téléphone. C'est dommage, car l'endroit est propre et bien pour le prix mais zéro accueil. Avant de quutter veillez à les avoir au téléphone (même si nous l'avons fait sans succès aussi). Bon courage !. .
