. The receptionist told us there is going to be someone at the front desk at 8pm. We came back to the hotel around 8pm and there was no one. Our luggage was locked in a room we could t access where all of our baby milk and clothes were. We have requested a cot but there was no cot provided even though the front desk assured us there is going to be one. We spent 30 minutes calling various numbers, knocking on the door and trying to access our stuff. There was no apology whatsoever. We are never going back. . .

. This property was amazing! The space is huge and it felt like we were living in Paris and not just staying in a hotel. The location is perfect. It is on a quite street, but very very close to the Madeline Metro station, the Opera and all the big shopping stores like Galleries Layfette and Printempts. It is literally right down the street! We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children and it was perfect. Lots and lots of space. It had air conditioning which was HUGE! The space is very moden and had everything we could have wanted included...Nespresso maker, fridge, shampoo/conditioner, comfy bedding and even books to read. Could not recommend this place more!. .

Magnifique prestation. Super séjour, appartements tout neuf et très spacieux, une situation idéale. Vraiment très agréable en tout point. Seul bémol l’enregistrement à faire pour obtenir les codes de l’entrée et son numéro d’appartement. Lés mails sont ensuite en anglais. Hormis ça génial !. .

No te quedes ahí ! . El lugar está bien ubicado, pero el edificio está viejo, está en plena remodelación, de varios departamentos. Constantemente había ruido, en la mañana, no te dejan dormir. Así mismo, la puerta del departamento, tenía dos puertas, una estaba abierta, por qué no funcionaba el seguro exterior y argumentaban que esa puerta no se cerraba por qué era para dos departamentos, pero el primer día si estuvo cerrada. Y la puerta del departamento tenía la chapa rota y daba una sensación absoluta de inseguridad. Había mucha gente trabajando y no podía uno dejar sus cosas importantes como pasaportes y los tuve que tener cargando conmigo todo el tiempo. El primer día para reportar esto, perdí más de 3 horas y hoteles.com nunca recibió respuesta de la propiedad. Hasta el día siguiente fueron a arreglar la puerta interna. Pésimo servicio . Además muestra que tiene dos baños, pero solo un WC. Para 5 personas es inoperante. . .

. Our stay at the Libre Madeleine was great. The hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. The property is very secure. The apartment we rented is nice, clean, and spacious. It also had nice amenities like coffee, tea, and toiletries. It was perfect for our stay. . .

Highly recommended . The apartment is great: brand new, clean and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen. It’s on a less crowded but safe street, within walking distance from sights and metro stations. I stayed here for two weeks and had everything I needed.. .

Clean and quiet. We had a great stay at this place. The location was very close and walkable to many attractions. It was very clean, spotless! Our unit seemed to be renovated recently, so all the appliances, furniture, sheets and towels seemed like new. We requested an upgrade from our original reservation to a bigger unit and it was accepted. we paid the price difference, but it was worth it. The unit was very quiet and we had great sleep at all nights. There were a few issues with the AC or door handle but the owner was very responsive and quickly sent someone to take care of issues. We are very satisfied and will be back to this place again in next trips. . .
