. Traveling to a new country is stressful as exciting, a lot to observe compare and learn. There is no better feeling than walking into your hotel and being greeted by a friendly face, there she was Stella who greeted us with a big smile and a friendly welcome as if we known each other for a long time. Right there and then we knew that we are in the right hotel in Paris. Room extremely clean thanks to la femme du chamber . At night we met yet another kind and friendly staff member Pernell she as kind and nice as Stella. Pernell recommended some restaurants and both tolerated my broken French. Not to forget Delphine, and Alex he reminded me of myself and my first job at a hotel. Hope I didn’t forget anyone and forgive my typo. Due to all of the above when in Paris will come back to this beautiful establishment . Thanks to the staff for everything. Dolly & Joe. .

. We loved the hotel. In the middle of everything but not overrun by tourists. Clean room, friendly and super attentive service. Quiet neighborhood and always felt save.. .

Begejstret og overrasket . God modtagelse i receptionen, venligt og imødekommende personale der gav god vejledning og instruktion… baren var super men begrænset udvalg. Morgenmaden var fantastisk men dyr.. .

. Amazing! Will absolutely stay here on my next trip to Paris. Knowing a hotel is going to be how it looks online is so difficult, and I was so pleased by BDM. The staff were lovely, and the room was nice. I did find breakfast to be a little overpriced given the offerings but there are so many nearby bakeries and restaurants because of the great location it's no problem. On top of that it was a very chic and cute hotel, I am not big on social media but saw lots of young people snapping pictures of the lobby as it was very cute!. .

. Let me start off by saying that the hotel itself is beautiful and deserves a 5 star rating but unfortunately not from me. Check in was flawless and the staff super nice and friendly but once we got to our room We noticed that it was very hot in there so we lowered the AC. After about 30 minutes nothing so we called and they sent maintenance. Come to find out that the ac was broken in our room and in one other guest’s room. We asked to be moved but they had no other room available It was the hottest days that they had in June and they couldn’t get somebody out to fix it until Monday. We checked in on Friday. We spent three nights with no AC just a fan. The front desk receptionist was kind and kept assuring us that management was involved and they were doing everything they could and that she would ask them to compensate us at least a night or two. The hotel was not cheap and even one night compensation would have come a long way. By Monday they fixed it. After that everything was great however when we went to check out and I asked about the one night or two night compensation, she literally looked me in the eye and said “sorry no”. No other explanation or anything. I am in the customer service industry so I know exactly how to treat clients and I just felt that they didn’t care. It’s sad because it is such a beautiful chic boutique hotel but they really should have been more caring. Plus why did it take 3 days to get a small part? I’m not an AC expert so I don’t Know. . .

. Can’t be beat location, staff and just all around adorable comfortable place to stay. Everyone went above and behind to be helpful and even accommodating a last minute room upgrade due to increased travelers. Top notch . .
